In a previous post, I showed you our living room, which also serves as the room I bring photography clients for their Order Appointments following their photo shoots. However, we do have a separate Family Room, right off our Kitchen, where we do most of our hanging out. This Family Room and the Kitchen were a section of the house added on a few decades later after the home was originally built in 1951.
One thing that we love in the Family Room is our projector on the ceiling. Instead of having a TV, we project our Apple TV onto the entire wall. And with the surround sound speakers Stephen installed, it’s fun because it feels like a movie theater in our Family Room at night.
What I don’t show you in these photos is the side of the room that has all of Bara Faith’s playmats and toys scattered everywhere. Because who loves showing the actual mess? Haha! But this room is definitely getting taken over by all things baby, that’s for sure!
The previous owner used this room as a game room, and I’m still amazed that we were able to get the walls white after this room being blood red before. The “before” photo is at the end!

And now the BEFORE photo of how this room used to look in all its red glory as the previous owners game room!
